Jeannie is the General Manager and co-founder of Habitat Gym, working with busy professionals who are tired of the stop–start cycle and want consistency that actually fits real life. With over 10 years in the industry and qualifications in nutrition, pre- and post-natal training, and competitive powerlifting, she brings a practical, no-fuss approach to strength and habit-building.

Jeannie helps people simplify their training, get stronger, and build routines that last. Not just for a few motivated weeks in January, but well beyond.

BEN LUO

Ben is the Head Coach, Clinical Exercise Physiologist, and co-founder of Habitat Gym. He specialises in helping people train with confidence, move better, and stop letting pain or setbacks derail their progress.

With a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology and advanced training in strength and pain management, Ben bridges the gap between rehab and performance. He helps people train with purpose, stay injury-free, and build strength that lasts into 2026 and beyond.
