Ben is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Head Coach at Habitat Gym, working with busy professionals who want to get stronger without second guessing their training or nutrition.

He’ll show you how to structure your training, how hard to train, and how to approach your nutrition so your effort leads to progress.

Habitat Gym was founded in 2023 by Jeannie and Ben, a husband wife duo. With 2 decades of personal training and exercise physiology experience between them, they knew they could create a gym, a space, a third place for their surrounding community to feel empowered, comfortable and supported.

Habitat was born out of wanting to share their tried and tested training programs to the wider community. Since its opening, Habitat quickly evolved into a thriving community of over 100 like-minded individuals that have built lasting strong habits.
